DAN.CIN.LAND in partnership with the Studio Patricia Martin, opens for the first time in Saint-Etienne a choreographic workshop for amateurs or professional dancers, disabled and non-disabled people (from 18 years old).

DAN.CIN.LAND choreographer and pedagogue Adeline Lefièvre, assisted by pedagogical artists committed to an inclusive approach, propose to create a dance film around a powerful theme with local residents.

Participants and artist-educators come together to discuss, share and dance, in order to build a participatory short dance film that speaks both to their personal stories and to their collective experience. The group alternates between choreographic and writing workshops, until the film is shot on location.

The film is then screened as part of a series of discussions involving the participants, the artist-educators and local residents, thus contributing to civic dialogue.
